The weeks are just flying by. I went with Bella to the pumpkin patch with her first grade class.

Archer and Bella started working on there pinewood durby cars with Daddy.

I took some pics of my friend Sarahs little boy Walker

The kids raced the cars they made. Archer's car won 1st place in his division and he won 3rd for design. Bellas car won 3rd also for design and we were glad to say the cars crossed the finish line in ever race.

We celebrated our friend Addy's first birthday with her and her mom made the cutiest Owl cake.

Whirlwind Weekend

We had a very fun but full weekend. Bella had Friday off school so we drove down to Brush Prairie to stay part of the weekend with our friends Tyler and Amanda and our Godsons Tate and Gauge to celebrate Gauge turning 2.

We stopped and had lunch with Jake’s Mom Deb and her boyfriend Ed and a really yummy fish and chips restaurant.

The kids had a great time at Ty and Amanda’s playing outside running and around with the boys.

 Amanda made them Mickey pancakes

Manda did all the hard work of baking so when I got there all I had to do is decorate. I want her new numbers cake pan she has very badly.

Happy Birthday G!

On Sunday we went to Zoo Boo at Point Defiance Zoo with our cousins Stacy and Jenn and all there kiddos. It was a great time the animals were all being fed treats and the kids got a ton of healthy snacks when they went trick or treating at the different buildings.

They painted treats on the glass for the polar bears.

It was a week of fun with family and friends and the arrival of a new blessing.
I started the week going to the women’s dinner and Faith and had a great time with girlfriends.

Our good friends Sarah and Kevin had their baby boy Walker.
He is healthy and beautiful and we have had lots of visits with him since he came into the world.

We went to a new pumpkin patch with The LaVoie’s and the kids had a great time.

Jake has joined the Eastside Firefighters pipes and drums band so there had been a lot of practice going on at our house and I think the kids love it almost more than Jake

Archer got a surprise when we went to Fred Meyer!
They even gave him a weenie whistle.

Well this has been a crazy last couple of weeks. We have had a lot of fun and also more doctors appointments then I think we have had in the last 6 months all combined. For those of you who don’t know Jake had surgery to remove a lump off the back of his calf muscle. The doctors didn’t know if it was a tumor or a vein problem. He got push to one doc to the next with X-rays and MRI’s. It ended up being a vein that ruptured with a clot inside from injury. The doc removed it he is doing great and will be back to full duty work tomorrow. Poor Bella ended up having an ear infection and bronchitis and was in bed for 3 days and missed her first day of school ever being sick. It has been a full couple of weeks but everyone is on the mend and hoping to stay that way. Hope you are all enjoying fall.
I went to a wonderful Oktoberfest party with my girlfriend Emily at her neighbor Cindy & John's house. Every year they throw an amazing party with food, music and a raffle to win prizes from Oktoberfest in Germany. This is my second year going and can't wait for next year.

This years beer stine

Jake went to our churches Men’s Retreat. He had a lot of fun making new friends and doing all the fun out door stuff. Mountain biking, shooting, zip line and so much more.

Jake is now volunteering at Awanas with the kids. Last week was construction night. I don’t know who has more fun the kids or Dad.

Bella's school had there PTA walkathon. She had a wonderful time and the weather was beautiful.

Archer got to go to a really fun UP birthday party celebrating our cousin Ella’s 7th Birthday. Poor Bella was sick and not able to come but he did bring goodies home for her.

Nic made them super cute soda pop badges just like in the movie.
They got to have popcorn and soda and watch the movie.

Jake took Archer to the supermall that has a free pumpkin decorating party every year.
